By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using EdgeIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any related policies referenced by them, including the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Ownership and Brand Structure
EdgeIt is a Septum Sumus LLC brand registered in USA. EdgeIt Nexus, EdgeIt, EdgeIt Admin, EdgeIt AdminHub, EdgeWave, EdgeRelationships, EdgeLover, EdgeTutor, and EdgeEarn are programs, systems, products, services, modules, brands, or property associated with EdgeIt and/or its operating structure unless otherwise stated.
References to “EdgeIt,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms may include one or more of the above programs, interfaces, properties, and connected services where applicable.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use EdgeIt only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement under the law applicable to you. If you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that your registration details are accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify EdgeIt promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not use EdgeIt to transmit harmful code, engage in fraud, violate intellectual property rights, harass others, or conduct activities that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful.

9. Platform Availability, Features, and Changes
EdgeIt may add, remove, modify, suspend, restrict, redesign, or discontinue any feature, workflow, page, program, reward system, user pathway, content set, or service element at any time, with or without notice.
EdgeIt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any specific tool, or error-free operation. Maintenance, testing, moderation, infrastructure issues, security needs, and product changes may affect access.
10. Suspension and Termination
EdgeIt may suspend, limit, disable, remove, or terminate user accounts, content, access rights, platform privileges, or feature access at its discretion where it reasonably believes that doing so is necessary for security, policy enforcement, platform integrity, legal compliance, operational protection, abuse prevention, or other legitimate business or platform reasons.

EdgeIt does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, accurate, complete, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from interruptions or harmful components.
Educational content, platform outputs, reports, metrics, tracking systems, and related tools are provided for general platform use and study support purposes. They are not guaranteed outcomes, formal academic certifications, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeIt, its operators, affiliates, related programs, personnel, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of study records, loss of profits, service interruption, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on EdgeIt.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws determined by the applicable governing framework chosen by EdgeIt, subject to any non-waivable consumer or local rights that may apply to particular users under mandatory law.

EdgeIt may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions may be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires a different standard.
